Backordered Items: All backordered items are clearly identified in the description. Backordered items will ship to you as soon as we get them at the normal
shipping charge for that order (no additional charge for a second shipment).

HEAVY ITEM SURCHARGES
Lower 48 states: No additional charge for normal ground shipping
on heavy items (e.g. dumbbells, weights, videos packaged
with equipment, etc.). However, there is a surcharge for UPS
overnight and 2nd day shipping on heavy items.
AK/HI/PR, etc: Heavy items have a surcharge for all shipping
methods.

the item’s description and in the shopping cart. Also, UPS air surcharges
and options will be shown during checkout.
