Blueberry Sunrise Protein Shake

Low in calories, high in protein!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3⁄4 cup blackberries or blueberries
- 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- Combine water, berries, and protein powder in blender.
- Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less liquid. For an icier shake, add ice.
