...When Others Put You Down

Being put down never feels good and can internally harm you… if you let it. The advantage you have over being put down is that you are up at all times. You stand up, you sit up, you wake up; everything in your life revolves around being up.

What about down? Sure you lay down at night, you may be pushed down, and you can even sit down at times to take a break of relax. So there are times when you are down, but not too long after being down, you get back up again. This fluctuation occurs all day and every day you spend on this earth. There will be times when you are DOWN, but you know that they will be greeted by the reaction and opposite effect that UP brings at some point in time; keep on going!
