Qualifications: Certified by AFAA in Advanced Personal Training, Kickboxing and Spinning. Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology. Masters degree in Nutrition. Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Training (NLP).
Personal History: I quit my career in pharmaceutical market research almost 5 years ago to follow my passion for fitness and nutrition. Since then, I've taught thousands of clients how to get a lean and toned body fast. I'm the founder of the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp. I've been featured on NBC, Fox 5 News, ABC News, CW11, the British GMTV Morning News, various German TV stations and magazines.
Workout Philosophy: A fit and lean body is the result of a healthy lifestyle that consists of balanced nutrition, effective exercise, and a positive sense of self. Rather than promoting temporary dieting, I believe in incorporating simple, yet effective, lifestyle changes that bring about dramatic results.
Sucess Story: My favorite success story is a woman who had been training for years with a personal trainer. Despite hard workouts, she wasn't able to drop more than 15 pounds. Quite frustrated she enrolled in my Slim & Strong program and managed to lose 75 pounds!
