Internationally renowned aquatic fitness expert, Karen Westfall, has presented instructor training workshops throughout the country and worldwide.

As a regular presenter for IDEA and AEA conventions, her sold out workshops have received rave reviews as she teaches with a combination of grace, precision, and a unique understanding of water as an effective medium for exercise.

Karen was the Aquatic Exercise Association's 1994 Aquatic Fitness Professional of the year.

Karen earned a B.A. in Professional Dance at Brigham Young University and a M.S in Sports Conditioning and Performance at Southern Utah State University.  Karen and husband, Mike, are former National Amateur Ballroom and Latin American Dance Champions. They are the proud parents of seven children.
