Qualifications: NASM, AFAA, First Aid/CPR/AED.

Personal History: With over twenty years experience in the fitness industry, Kelsie cannot imagine doing anything else.  Kelsie was bit by the fitness bug during her college years.  Her portfolio includes working as a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, and television and video fitness host spanning from NYC to South Carolina and several states in between.

While living in NYC and working as a personal trainer, Kelsie was recognized by Allure magazine as one of the "Top Personal Trainers in NYC." She then moved to Charleston, SC, where she began working for “The FIRM” and can be seen hosting several of their award winning fitness videos. 

With her background in dance and her expertise in fun, Kelsie is known for her high energy and fast paced classes!
