Qualifications: B.S. Exercise Science University of Delaware. Certified by: ACE, Powerhouse Pilates, Mad Dogg Athletics, Willpower&Grace and am an AFAA Continuing Education Provider.

Personal History: My fitness background includes a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware as well as certifications in personal training, group fitness, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, group cycling, and holistic nutrition. During the past 15 years, I have had the experience of providing my fitness knowledge in various platforms including health clubs, corporate fitness locations, small studios, private homes, and schools. These experiences motivated me to develop her own method of body training. As a busy working mom, I understand how difficult it is to commit to a healthy lifestyle. I am proof that you can be healthy and fit and still take care of children, a house, and a job. By combining unique and efficient movements and proper nutrition, my method is a program to achieve total health for any body type, any lifestyle, and any fitness goal!

Workout Philosophy: Knowing there’s just not enough hours in the day, I design my workouts to be time efficient yet totally effective. Give me the amount of time you have and I promise to give you exercises that will fit into that time frame while changing the way you look and feel. There is a way to balance it all and still be healthy and I am committed to demonstrate how!
