I have both {Life Force}5633^ and {Cardio Force}5582^...  I find Life Force to be the better designed of the 2 Force workouts, and it's a wonderful workout.  I use an 8" step and 1.5-4.5lb weights to make it advanced.

Congrats on your weight loss success!

When my knees got old and cranky I stopped the lunges and squats and started using only Pilates and other floorwork for legs.
