I was recovering from a cold when I did Fit Test and Cardio Abs.  Just a note - probably a common sense one - these workouts are not the best to do when recoverying from a cold.  Silly me, of course does them anyway.

so how crazy intense is insanity anyway?  is there any other workout that could compare?  i was so intimidated by p90x and now find it totally doable.  i'd love to get insanity and spend more time with shaun. ;)
