Now I'll have to anticipate {Slim and Lean}7629^ in my trade. That is if I can hold out that long!! I add on 30 min of cardio before doing this and it's a great workout. I do like this one as much as the {original Ripped}7450^ and {S&amp;L}7629^ and have put it back into my rotation. I just think when you come close to 100 reps, (bicep curls) it's just boring.
