Restore Core and Back ball q - Tuesday, December 27, 2011 11:33 AM
Hi Collage.  I just got this workout and tried to blow the ball up.  It worked but there was nothing to plug the ball with and it quickly deflated.  Is there supposed to be a plug or am I doing something wrong.  I am really looking forward to trying out the ball. Thanks

Happy 2012 and thanks for all the things you do for us through out the year

The 'ball' does not come with a plug. It works like a basketball or football, it is self sealing. Just like other balls with those types of plugs, this one will lose air after time. It is stated in the Care portion of the instructions to 'Re-inflate when necessary'. It should however stay inflated for awhile, you should not have to inflate during or after each use. If it continues to lose air rapidly, please contact our office at 1/800-433-6769.

I just got this and can't get it to inflate at all.  Boooo. :(  I'm sure it's operator error, but I was frustrated and felt like sharing.  How do you like yours, Meg?  Does it help since I know C-curve work bothers your back?

Vantreesta I can't seem to find the right place to put the ball.  I know it will help me. I should take it out and try some different positions to get it right - for me.
