I was reading some of the reviews about her DVD and people were saying that she has a "firm-style" of instruction. Well last night I was previewing my Firm Pinks and low and behold, Stephanie is a background exerciser in many of them. Perhaps that would explain it. Just thought that was interesting.

Stephanie has been very popular as a background exerciser.  She is in some of Patrick's workouts and quite a few others.

I have to say, she has the demeanor of a Firm instructor, but her workout sure beats any Firm workout.  much more of a workout than the Firm.

Now that I've done her DVD, I don't agree with that. I get a better workout with some of the Firm DVDs that I have. Maybe bc of the weight I used.

She's in several FIRM workouts.  So, perhaps that explains her "FIRM demeanor."

I raised the step height and used 8 and 10 lb dumbells. I also added intensity to the intervals. I got a great workout.  Try it, you'll see a difference. I was comfortably winded.  This is my 3rd time doing this one and I'm liking it the more I do it. I do the whole hour. Don't know if everyone is just doing half or whole.

I did it with 14 inches and 12-15 lbs...still like the Firms better...much better workout and I can go heavier.
