Vantreesta Okay, Jane and Mare. I will give it a shot. Running will have to bewalking and I'll have to sub something for pull-ups as I won't haveaccess to a bar. Maybe I'll do rows with tubing or something. And itwill be that weekend but maybe not ON turkey day. My gosh, the thingsI let you talk me into! :) :) Yep, terrible awful enablers! LOL! Here we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but what other choice do I have than joining this wonderful group? I'm IN too

Okay Jane, I am in for the Murphy CF workout on Thanksgiving. Of course I will have to break. I just don't see myself doing 100 pushups as a set, but I can do either do 5 20-set or 4 25-set. Cool!

BarbM We have 2 Lab/NewFoundland mixed dogs that we picked up at the animal shelter. They are brothers and 3 yrs old. They are not allowed in the house but have a nice heated kennel to be in while we are at work. We also have 3 house cats. The dogs are named Chuck and Harry, my hubby has spoiled them but they are good dogs. The cats are Ziggy, Dave and Susie. I couldn't imagine not having pets- they are part of the family. Barb M - your dogs and cats sound adorable! I can't imagine not having pets either.

Blue Girl - I know. We always say that when they pass were done but we end up with more. I have to stay away from the pet shelters.

Phonix, Per the CLX schedule you should not be doing a circuit 2 days in a row, you should be either resting or doing cardio at least 1 day in between.... Per my experiance (I did 6 weeks of CLX) doing circuits 2 days in a row is OK as an exception not as a rule.
If you get a speeding ticket you wouldn't go and break every traffic rule for the rest of the day... Treat yourself with the same respect!

I swear though that my book said 1,2,3 then the intervals or rest, but I just looked at it again and, well, apparently those mischievous Fairies have returned the correct book. This one does say every other day. I think I'll just do a cardio today and start again with bc 1 tomorrow. That'll give my my rest day Saturday when I'll be out anyway kayaking. Thanks again. :)

That would be great! I know that Savannah and Brunswick have a couple of races that goes over bridges. I think the one in Charleston is called the James Island 10K. I already scoped that out for a future race. JL and I are running 10Ks on Sundays so it becomes our base distance. We are hoping to do a 10K on January 2nd.

Jane... that's awesome! I'm keeping the 10k as a future goal for sure. Karen... The meal you had sounds so yummy! That is totally worth the extra workouts you may have to do in it's wake!! :)
