Catster: I just ordered Burn at the Barre and am not sure if that was an endorsement for me. One thing though - is that just a simple ball, like you can get from Walmart or is it something special? If I went looking, what would be the diameter?...D

E-man, I am using the ball that came with the 10MS Quick Sculpt Pilates, (I have not done that yet, scheduled for tomorrow), but I've heard you could use just a simple playball. I will have to test my playball next time I do it and see how that works.

Catster Slinks, I got "Burn at the Barre" a couple of days ago and finally did it this morning, and oh my, I had to take a couple of little breaks on the first leg segment, big ouch, but in a good way! ...and I think you are right, that one combined with Leslie's will get results fast. I am trying to do Burn at the Barre twice a week, combined with the 10MS Sculpt Pilates this month and see what happens. I will have to wait longer than I thought for my sciatica to undo - you are making me jealous ;-) I think May should be my month for that - keep us informed on how it's going :-)

E Man, I use a normal playball, my ball is roughly about 20 inches around, when I bought it I tried out a few sizes this one I was comfortable with and it's an easy squishy one, not hard , so I can work those inner thighs ..
