Turtle, wow!! What fantastic results!! Thanks for your reply - it's good to know that I have flexibility with the program. I did the original Ripped for the first time today and I think I was toughened by RTTC - I kept thinking, what, that's it? Aren't there any more squats? lol

In answer to your question Bopper, yes. So as many pushups as you can. You'll get stronger and be able to do a few on your toes eventually. Personally, on the push-up section, I alternate sets - doing a set on my toes, then the next on my knees, then the following set on my toes, etc. If you can't complete the sets on your knees, you can always place your hands on the step and get some more done that way.

Thanks for the advice. I don't have a step, would like one, but the club step is costly too. Maybe I can put my hands of the couch or something, or not go down as far. thanks

I totally agree with this. One thing that helped me get going better on my toes was spreading my legs further apart and then gradually doing them with my feet closer together. And I am no way a "pro" at this yet, either! I am still working on more reps on the toes!

I learnt to do pushups on my toes using a stair case - stand at the bottom and lower to a plank so your palms are on step 4-6 (depends on hight) and do sets. Knee pushups need to be done in very good form to be productive - remember that pushups target your chest muscles and try to feel them working. Also - make sure to maintain a plank - don't let your but stick up. if you use a step (or box or whatever) to reduce intensity - please note that this can increase the load on the sholder and should not be done with injured sholders.

I have been doing wall push-ups, (I know I am a weep). My brother suggested stair push-ups. I will give that a try,
