Certified instructor description: By the original "Buns of Steel" instructor, you get three targeted workouts on one DVD (and each workout has two separate segments). The first segment uses easier routines; the second is more challenging - you’ll always have an exercise level and length that works for you. Now you can get the lean, sculpted body you’ve always wanted. "Abs" features crunch variations in segment one, mixed standing and floorwork in segment two. "Buns" is an all-standing progression of diverse squats, lunges and kickbacks. "Arms" sculpts your entire upper body with classic standing and floorwork routines Tamilee, a soft-spoken 1993 IDEA Instructor of the Year, teaches one-on-one. She provides tips on form, motivation and exercise physiology (e.g. what muscles you’re working and why). Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2001. DVD has: Chapter menus, Music only option, Narrow screen.

Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body

Love this one!
Its an older dvd but its one in my regular rotation now, however on a side note; there is a part of the music during the abs section that sounds like a screetching cat; it catches me off guard and scares me everytime lol but other than that its a great workout. She really makes alot of observations on what muscle you are working and why. Very informative. :) - posted by Lauren on 10/2/2012

Tamilee's Best Work Yet
First let me say I love this DVD! The first words that come to mind when trying to describe it is "clean and efficient" I guess I say clean because there is nothing unnecessary in it, even the commentary Tamilee makes is for a reason (scientific explanations for why certain exercises were chosen etc, which is extra motivating and makes me want to stick with it). I say it was efficient because these exercises get to the point in working on problem areas. These workouts are just the right amount of time about 15min each, and I love that there is a beginner and advanced level for each. I find that the 2nd Ab workout can be a bit challenging on the back, and if you have back problems you might want stick with the first level. I alternate between the first a second level depending on how I feel that day. I am a long-time admirer of Tamilee Webb and I have most of her Buns/Abs/Arms of Steel videos from way-back-when (on VHS). This is the best in my opinion. Plus I got it on sale and it was a steal for the quality and versatility. Its basically 6 workouts which is a pretty smart set-up because you could do 1 workout a day and that would equals 2 days of arms, abs, and buns which is the minimum strength training you need each week. While the other body parts are resting from their strength training days, you can be working another area for 2 days, which is precisely what I'm planning to do. So glad I purchased this. Can't wait to see the future results! - posted by Shanty on 8/5/2012
Great workout
I liked this workout a lot. I did both lower body workouts and the ab workout and was very impressed! - posted by Renee on 5/6/2012
Great workout
I do this workout and feel like I'm not working that hard, yet the next day I always feel it. I enjoy working with Tammilee in this setting...very straightforward and easy to follow. Really glad that I bought it. It's become a regular part of my routine. - posted by Phoenix on 4/15/2012

Great Video
Really well done video and if you do this one, it will work. She gives a lot of physiological insight and your body and nutrition that is helpful as well. I normally do The Firm videos so this is a nice change up. - posted by Angela on 2/9/2012
Love it!!
Tamilee will make you work! I love that this video has a chapter selection so I can choose what workout combination I'd like to do. I also like that she gives you the option of using weights for the leg workouts or not. It's nice to just use your own body's resistance sometimes. Especially as we age. Great video! - posted by Mo on 11/10/2011
Review
I'm a regular fitness video user and I found the workouts in this video challenging enough to give me a good workout when I did at least 30 minutes. I felt the effects the following day which is usually a good sign for me that my workout was effective. My only disappointment is the visual quality of the DVD. It is an older video and the image was not as sharp as what I've become accustomed. Other than that, I would endorse this video into anyone's fitness library. - posted by Ricki on 4/7/2011
Longtime Follower
I exercised to Tamilee's "I Want Those...." videos many years ago after the birth of my first child and had great results. Ten years later I am in great cardio shape, and starting to work on toning and strengthening again. I returned to Tamilee, and I am seeing (and feeling) results now. I have been alternating Arms and Abs, and Lower Body and Abs for the past week, and can already tell a difference. I LOVE this video! I love the reps and the sets that most of my other videos do not have, to the point of muscle fatigue. She encourages you to do what you can, to modify the exercise as able, and to take a break if necessary. Tamilee is a GREAT teacher and motivator. - posted by Melanie on 3/25/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
