Great fun!
I love rebounding! This was a great intermediate workout-got my heart rate up and made me sweat. JB can be somewhat annoying (talks to himself and refers to himself as J). I liked the warm up and cardio section, the sports specific section was boring-just jogging and jogging fast. I didn't care for the ab work and would rather do it on the floor. Overall, I recommend it to those new to rebounding. Some of the others available such as Interval Bound, Hi-Lo Bound, etc are better and offer more variety. - posted by Sandra on 1/15/2004
Good quick workout
I find the trampoline workout very challenging to begin with and JB Berns is great. This workout is for the beginner but even as an advanced exerciser this one still gets my heart rate up and I feel I've gotten a good workout in a very short time. The abs work is great too. - posted by Lori on 3/23/2003
Fun, fun, fun
I wish this video was longer, especially the aerobics part, but still worth purchasing. - posted by Lori K on 9/26/2002
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Narrow screen
X
When played on a widescreen TV, this program will show black bars on the left and right sides. On an older 4x3 ratio TV, it will fill the entire screen.
Level
X
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Aerobics impact
X
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.

Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.

Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.

Aerobics choreography
X
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.

Complex: More intricate combinations and patterns. They're ideal for people who like to dance.

Moderate: More interesting than Basic, less dancy than Complex.

Specialty: Rebounder
X
Videos especially designed for rebounders and mini-trampolines.
