Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Weight Loss

glad i bought this one
This video jumps right into the workout, no warm up. Tamilee starts with the left leg, then does an upper body routine, switches to the left leg and repeats the upper body routine. This is followed by a short ab workout. There is also a 10 minute bonus ab workout. I did the workout plus bonus ab routine. At first I didn't think I got much of a workout, but the following two days I could really feel it, especially along the sides of my waist. I would recommend this workout to beginners(easily modified)and intermediate level exercisers. - posted by Dee on 2/11/2013
Short and Complete
I actually almost had fun doing this. Great cuing and easy to follow movements. The time goes by fast and it's full of everything needed to get a quick workout. Tamilee mentions her diet plan, but that's not included with this cd. I enjoyed how fluid the movements are. There's no wasted time. Weights don't need to be more than about 5 lbs. 2 or 3 for most people would be ideal. Excellent workout. I recommend it for the intermediate. Too much for the beginner. Upper body is a player with this cd and not ignored. - posted by Debbie on 9/1/2012
I like it.
Another good Tamilee video. It's short, compact but does the job. She has excellent cueing. It is a perfect add-on to a longer workout, or if you short on time, it does a great job in a short period of time. - posted by Tipi on 8/31/2012
Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets
I normally LOVE Tamilee as I have a few other videos of hers. This one, however, just messes with my mind too much! I realize it's a personal issue, but the camera angle (from the side) or how the step is set up (not facing front like most step videos) makes it hard for me to follow because I end up turning my head to the side to follow the workout. This looks to be a great workout, especially knowing that the knowledgeable Ms. Webb created it, but at this point, I just can't follow it long enough to complete it. Sorry Tamilee, you lost me on this one! - posted by Mary on 5/11/2012
Not Bad
I'm not a huge Tamilee Webb fan, but this one is pretty good. For 30 minutes it's pretty challenging and very easy to follow. I certainly worked up a sweat and felt like I'd experienced a good workout. I will include it in my rotation on days when I'm pressed for time. - posted by Joanna on 5/3/2012
Tamilee does it again!!!
I started working out with Tamilee many years ago and she never fails me!!! I bought the "tighter assets cardio" and it's great so I got the "weight loss" also. It's a tough little workout. I'm usually looking for a challenge so I did the cardio dvd first then immediately went into the target toning with the "weight loss" dvd. It was great. It's a solid workout even if you don't need to lose weight! Tamilee is ALWAYS worth the time! - posted by Margaret on 11/20/2011
Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Weight Loss
I particularly like this one because I injured my knee and didn't want higher impact. A great workout without stress on the joints. - posted by Jo on 9/22/2011
Boring
It was a decent workout but I watched the clock both times I did this workout. I really wanted to like this short workout. She is very pleasant but the exercises were repetitive and slow. Also, the music (which I rarely notice)bored me to DEATH. I seem to be in the minority. I'm intermediate/advanced level. - posted by Christy on 2/2/2011
a nifty little workout
This workout packs a lot in a short amount of time - you use your own body weight and a step as resistance to work your legs and buns until they scream, and free weights to work your arms, then it wraps up with some ab work. I love pairing this workout with a straight cardio DVD. Nice! - posted by Susan W. on 6/9/2010
Great workout!
I love this workout - the leg/buns section is incredible. The best part is that I can fit it in my busy schedule and the 30 minutes flies by. Tamilee is the best! - posted by Cindy on 6/10/2008

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
