An aero/tone interval program with a variety of moves and tempos; it maximizes results with resistance tubing. The kit includes two tubing devices so you can select the ideal resistance for each activity (and for your own fitness level). The aero/tone segment has lots of variety. In addition to intervals of upper-body toning, it also features cycles of faster/slower aerobics. As always, Leslie's attitude is supportive and her moves are super-easy-to-follow. But, for this workout, she's also increased the motivation with a couple new exercises ("step, knee, back, back" and a "step kick"). The workout ends with an optional ab-focused floorwork segment. ©2010. DVD has: Chapter menus, Region 1.

LIke This A Lot!!
I have a lot of Leslies DVD's. This is becoming one of my favorite. I love the "boost" that she adds to certain areas. Being almost an hour long you are getting an excellent workout. I had no problem doing the whole thing for the first time. The cables were excellent. I also the fact that they are 2 different lengths. It helps if you are shorter to have that choice. Like this one!
Yes, this is typical Leslie because it includes her basic moves, however, she does spice it up some. She does use some of her old music, but I happen to like the music. The bands are effective, but I do more repetitions with them to make the workout more intense. (I am an intermediate exerciser.) I really like this video; I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bands seem pretty cheap, and I wonder how long they will last. Good workout. - posted by Janet on 7/21/2010
This is Leslie's BEST workout yet
LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! It flew by and I felt so good afterward. It was so easy to follow but I've been a Leslie follower for years. It was so nice to see how she ramped up some of the moves. Great Workout
I really enjoyed Leslie Sansone's Walk Weight Loss Bootcamp. The new moves add spice to the workout and the bands are great. The only problem I had was the DVD itself. I had to return it two times in order to get one that would play all the way through. Nice variety
I like the variety of this DVD. The boosted walking, and toning intervals keep the heart-rate up for a beginner/intermediate exerciser. This is my first DVD using the "figure 8". This is a good tool; plus you get 2 with this set, so that's a plus. I hope Leslie does more interval DVD's. This DVD is not rated advanced. If you're looking for intensity of Cathe, then this one is not for you. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced: We all need variety so our muscles keep responding. great video
I was looking for a beginner exercise video that I could use to ease back into a regular workout schedule. Keeping up with the routine shown was no problem and I like the gradual workup to raising my heart rate. Using this video will help me to get back on track without feeling overwhelmed. Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Definition: Includes two workout activities. The aerobics segments are fast-paced standing movements like marching, dancing and jumping. These segments require no equipment. The toning sections are slow, controlled movements working against a resistance. These may include Pilates and weight training.

Benefits: The combination of both activities provides a balanced workout. The aerobics burns calories, strengthens your heart and increases stamina. The toning builds lean muscles, increases your metabolism and makes everyday activities easier.
