Five 10-minute sections: two types of cardio dance, standing abwork and two resistance-band toning segments (the DVD comes with a 6-foot band). The varying exercises effectively challenge your body while the changing styles keep you motivated. The first aerobic series is a sexy, hip hop groove; the second is classic, high-energy “dance aerobics.” The abwork is bellydance-inspired with lots of movement and tempo variations. The upper-body toning includes traditional bicep curls and tricep presses; the lower-body routines use ballet-based pliés and arabesques. One-on-one instruction by Jennifer Galardi. Chapters can be programmed to play in any order. ©2007.
