10 Minute Solution: Tone Trouble Zones!
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Each 10-minute segment uses a resistance band to sculpt specific body areas (the DVD comes with a 6-foot band). You'll get the ideal resistance for every routine simply by changing how the band is held. The sections can be programmed to play in any order. Each one is completely body-part targeted: upper body, arms/shoulders, lower body, abs and total body. But it's never repetitive — within each segment, you get a fast-moving medley of varied moves (e.g. the lower-body sculpting includes multiple standing, lying and seated exercises).
