Certified instructor description:

Each 10-minute segment uses a resistance band to sculpt specific body areas (the DVD comes with a 6-foot band). You'll get the ideal resistance for every routine simply by changing how the band is held. The sections can be programmed to play in any order. Each one is completely body-part targeted: upper body, arms/shoulders, lower body, abs and total body. But it's never repetitive — within each segment, you get a fast-moving medley of varied moves (e.g. the lower-body sculpting includes multiple standing, lying and seated exercises). Amy Bento's one-on-one cuing is friendly, energetic and detailed; you'll always know exactly how to hold the band for maximum results. ©2007. (52 min.).
