Don't be distracted by the title — these are straight-forward toning moves designed to build a lean, strong body (since "fitness and health come in all sizes"). The standing segment includes five multi-muscle sets that often incorporate a core element. Each series gradually builds in reps and tempo. Then Angie adds in the creative variations (e.g. rotations, pulses and balance moves). The floor section begins with "booty burner" — lower-body classics like pelvic tilts, bridges and dumbbell-enhanced leg lifts. The program ends with no-nonsense corework that targets every abdominal muscle. Lots of optional modifications.
