Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Workout 1 features a two mile walk in the Rose Gardens to ease shoulder, back, hip, and knee pain with therapeutically designed, arthritis approved movements.
Workout 2 takes you through an arthritis safe weight loss workout to help ease joint pressure.
Filmed amongst the stunning Butchart Gardens, you can opt for the two or four mile walk.
