After a brisk cardio dance warm-up, you will combine Pilates, yoga, and ballet moves with strength exercises for the perfect fusion workout. The combinations and moves of the different styles, along with the resistance from the sand weights, tubing and resistance ball gives the blood Type A the desired balanced workout.
