- Dance: Cardio Cross Train- How can fitness possibly be this much fun? Join Patricia Moreno as she shows you how to simultaneously build strength and dance skills. You ll see just how dancers get so toned as you integrate your entire body into new movements. From Jazz to Latin and Hip-Hop, you ll learn all the basic moves from each genre and then string them together to look like a pro. If you ve ever dreamed of dancing in a music video, this is the experience!
- Kickbox: Core Cross Train- Expertly led by Patricia Moreno, each move has a subtle intensity and quiet effectiveness. You'll burn mega-calories as you increase balance, strength and grace. Every motion really does originate from your center (e.g. a punch isn't just a flailing arm; it's a core-based movement that's both powerful and purposeful). The workouts become progressively more challenging. The first one is basic punches; the last one is “choreographed” kickboxing combos (all taught add-on style, so the sequencing is natural and easy to follow). It's filmed outdoors in the high desert of Arizona. DVD also has a bonus 14-minute toning/stretch workout.
