Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.

Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.

Certified instructor description:

Two separate workouts. The main program features unusually innovative exercises that integrate fat burning and muscle toning in a super-time-efficient format. Not the same old aero/tone routines. Each combo has been “tweaked” to maximize results (e.g. standard “on-step lunges with upper body bandwork” have an added balance element). The floor toning is also “double duty” — it works the abs and upper body in a single routine. While the exercises are unique, Pam's detailed cuing makes them easy to follow. The DVD's second workout is a pure fat-burner. It's all high-energy floor aerobics — non-dancy and athletic (no warm-up or cooldown). Requires an X-ertube and 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2005.
