Certified instructor description:

An amazingly varied workout — each five-minute interval features a different song and a different exercise style. The diversity challenges your body while keeping you motivated (there's always something new coming up). Some segments feature familiar favorites like traditional toning, classic core or step/non-step cardio. Others are truly unique, like “Latin hip swings,” to “cross-over with running basics,” “squat cha chas on the step” and “V-sit jacks.” The music is also super-varied — from fitness instrumentals to salsa, jazz and Reggae (e.g. “Canta, No Llores,” “I'll Get Over You” and even the Nutcracker's “Sugar Plum Fairy”). Very high-energy cuing; Christi is having fun! Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2008.
