Certified instructor description:

A fast-moving series of exceptionally varied toning exercises (originally released in 1998). It's a well-balanced program that maximizes results with a smoothly-sequenced set of seated, lying and standing routines. Tracie also incorporates an unusually diverse set of techniques and body positions (e.g. arms: standing bicep curls, bent-over rows, on-the-floor push-ups). It's all beautifully filmed on the Firm's elegant mansion set with upbeat jazz-type instrumental music. Tracie Long, a Firm Master Instructor, demonstrates superb pacing and very clear cuing (even occasionally showing the incorrect form so you can see errors to avoid). Note: the workout has one very short cardio segment. Requires two sets of fairly heavy dumbbells (e.g. 5 and 10 lb.). They use a high step, but regular step would work.
