Certified instructor description:
A spicy Latin fat-burner that features motivating music and lots of variety. Stella Sandoval's progressive teaching makes it easy to follow — you'll learn the foot pattern, add some hips or arms, then conclude with the complete dance sequence. But this is not just basic sambas and mambos. Stella blends diverse movements to create interesting combinations like “mucho mambo combo,” “back step salsa” and “tango mambo” (while always encouraging you to incorporate your own personal style). The tempo is quick, the moves are wide-ranging and the energy level is high. Ends with a 17-minute Latin dance tutorial. ©2006.
