Product Description:

An innovative program that blends genuine ab toning into easy-to-follow dance moves. It's a high-energy, fun-to-do workout that combines the fat-burning benefits of dance with the waist-shaping benefits of core conditioning. Marie Forleo makes the toning both effective and graceful (she naturally integrates the ab targeting within the dance movements with torso twists, intensified hip action and extended arm reaches).

There's lots of variety; the dance steps range from grapevines, lunges and funk moves to Latin-style sambas, mambos and cumbias. It all ends with a solid series of ab-focused floor routines. DVD also includes a ending 17-minute step-by-step dance instructional segment. ©2006.
