A fluid power yoga program followed by complimentary mostly-Pilates body sculpting. The yoga increases flexibility; the Pilates strengthens core muscles. Using them together, you'll get a lean, lithe dancer's body. The yoga section gracefully flows from one classic move to the next (e.g. cat pose, triangle, sun salutation). While the toning segment's primary emphasis is Pilates, it also includes light upper-body dumbbell routines and even some ballet-inspired “floor barrework” (mat versions of traditional standing dance exercises).
