Full Backcover Description
30 minutes to a Sleek Physique? Yes! Welcome to my ultra-efficient toner-upper, Sleek Sculpt Express. Give me just a little time and get a total body workout.
Burn calories, tighten and tone and feel inspired.
How is that possible you ask? Well for one, we don’t isolate muscles – that would take all day! Instead, we integrate, working multiple areas at once. (Otherwise known as multi-tasking.) And secondly, we flow. Every exercise is choreographed to seamlessly move into the next so muscles are always engaged. There is not a single wasted moment, not-a-one.
So, come on! Grab a light set of hand weights and join me as we embark on a love/love relationship with our muscles. They will love you (no aches or pains) and you will love them (strong and gorgeous).
P.S. Shoes are optional too – we’re saving more time by not lacing up!

Certified instructor description:
A flowing mix of graceful dance, gentle toning and simple balance exercises (all with a strong focus on purposeful breathing). It really is a “peaceful” approach to building flexibility and strength. The moves are mostly familiar favorites like lunges and bicep curls. But Ellen performs them in exceptionally fluid sequences, smoothly transitioning from one position to the next. They often incorporate functional fitness exercises — multi-muscle routines that include bends, twists and stretches. While most of the moves are beginner-level, Ellen slightly boosts the intensity with lots of reps and some one-leg balancing positions. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2012.
