You will be given 12 Workouts... Every week there will be 2 workouts, which need to be done on flip flop days, so if you start on a Monday, do one Workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday and the other workout on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, with one day off per week for 6 weeks!
