Two workouts: cardio and toning - they're no-gimmicks, easy-to-follow programs filmed on a Hawaiian beach.
Fat Burning combines basic athletic moves with high-energy aerobics. Starting easier and becoming more intense, you get a little of everything: marches, lunges, jacks, kicks, knee lifts and even a few simple dance steps.
The Toning Workout is equally straight-forward, It features a medley of non-dumbbell standing and floor body-sculpting routines - from squats and lunges to ab crunches and push-ups. Both programs feature non-stop movement and lots of focus on correct form. ©1990.
