Certified instructor description:
Sixty solid minutes -- five "miles" -- of high-energy, indoor walking (for a shorter workout, you can always do fewer miles). Leslie makes fat-burning both easy and fun. The steps are super-basic. They range from kicks, sidesteps and "fast feet" to simple dance moves like cha chas and mambos. The workout is mostly pure cardio, but it also includes ten minutes of resistance band toning intervals within the aerobics (the band increases the fat-burning intensity as it strengthens your upper-body). As always, Leslie keeps you motivated with her playful commentary and enthusiastic attitude ("wow, it feels good to walk today!"). DVD also has a five-minute "Tone It Up" body-sculpting workout. Includes a 6-foot resistance band. ©2010.
