Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Four back-to-the-basics workouts with a carefully sequenced mix of proven-effective exercises. The moves are easy to follow and easy to understand (no multi-muscle segments or “fusion” routines). Instead, you get familiar classics that let you focus on correct form and proper technique. The workouts were re-edited from Margaret's 1990s “Body Electric” programs. Each workout includes eight body-part-targeted segments. They're varied and fun. The settings range from a simple studio to an outdoor wharf. The outfits range from leotards to tank tops. The hair ranges from short/cute to “big hair.” Requires 3 to 10 lb. dumbbells. Compilation released in 2001 from programs originally copyrighted in 1990-2000.
