Michele Olson, holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology, is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is also an esteemed Professor at the Auburn University Montgomery Human Performance Lab, where she has been involved in research, training and teaching fitness for over 20 years. She is a former Reebok Master Trainer and known internationally for her publications on step aerobics, injuries, body image, resistance and Pilates.

Two 26-minute segments, each one has a distinct exercise style: contemporary and traditional. The two-technique format provides motivational variety while challenging your muscles in different ways. Each section begins with standing lower-body moves and ends with floor-based abwork (both sections feature lots of tempo and range-of-motion variations). “Mega Moves” is contemporary — it includes rotations, cross-body motions and asymmetrical weight exercises. “Master Moves” features classic, deep-muscle routines like squats, lunges, “good mornings” and bicycles.
