Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Lower
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.

Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.
Aerobics Choreography: Moderate
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.

Certified instructor description:
Non-stop and very well-cued, it's a “good old-fashioned” step-aerobic fat-burner. Petra heightens the interest level with a flowing medley of on, off, over, diagonal and around-the-step moves. They're all taught add-on-style — you'll learn a pattern, add on something new and take it from the top. Then Petra weaves that choreography into another progressively-evolving series (e.g. using the same moves in a different sequence or a different direction). Petra's fluid transitions and friendly instruction make it do-able — she carefully demos each routine while always previewing anything that's a little complex. ©2006.
