Certified instructor description:

One DVD with three full-length workouts: Fat-burning aerobics, traditional body-sculpting and Pilates toning. All three workouts are structured in 5-minute blocks. The benefit? You'll maximize variety while challenging your body in diverse ways. The cardio program is a good example. The blocks range from traditional pony and boxing moves to "two step chugs" and "sumo squat attacks." The body-sculpting workout is also varied; it mixes proven classics like planks and squats with innovative routines like "better booty bridges" and "ballet bottom blasts" (often working multiple muscle groups at once). The third program is a mostly-core-focused blend of Pilates and gym-style exercises. Requires 3 to 8 lb. dumbbells and a resistance band. ©2013 (originally released in 2010 and 2012 on separate DVDs).
