Shape Bikini Body All Year Round: Cardio
Created by Shape Magazine, it has a long cardio workout and a short toning workout. The primary workout is dance-based aerobics about ten minutes each of jazz, dance party, Latin, funky and tribal. Intermixing dance-specific moves with aerobic favorites, the emphasis is on having fun and finding your own inner dancer (not worrying about the exact steps). That's followed by a graceful, flowing Pilates/yoga toning workout. They're both co-taught by video veterans, Michele Dozois and Lisa Wheeler; their cuing and technique are excellent (they seem to know exactly what errors you're likely to make). These Default Titles are completely customizable to match your personal preferences - you can program them to play any/all of the segments in any order. Bright, airy set. ©2005.
