Product Description:

Non-stop, highly choreographed step aerobics followed by unique toning exercises. Ann Marie Sill's cuing is low-key but clear; you'll always know what's coming next.

The cardio is all eight-count and low-impact, but it's tough for two reasons: Mentally — lots of pivots, spins, mambos and cha chas. Physically — lots of lifting your body up and down on the step.

The toning is dynamic and well-transitioned; it works multiple muscle groups at once (e.g. lower-body lunges, upper-body presses while doing core balance moves).

Requires an X-ertube and 3 to 10 lb. dumbbells; a medicine ball is optional. Note: A core disc (like a small Bosu) is used by some of the exercisers to add a balance element in a few routines. It is not required. ©2006. Not available in stores.
