Workout Two: Super Strong Sculpting – Rhonda will keep you moving with large range of motions exercises and choreography using heavy and light weights for an ultimate full-body workout (35 min.), she will finish the workout with abs and stretch (8 min.) The DVD will have multiple options for different length of workouts and for combining the workouts for optimal fitness results.
