A classic-style Tae Bo workout that emphasizes firming and toning your body. It's the exact program Billy teaches to his celebrity clients in Los Angeles. You get all the energy, simplicity and effectiveness of the original Tae Bo workouts (but this series is easier to follow; Billy's cuing has definitely improved since 1998). Billy's large, enthusiastic class is taught with no-nonsense, bootcamp-style instruction (jab, jab, jab, now punch, punch, punch). The body-sculpting focus is achieved by emphasizing power and control in isolated movements (e.g. a slower, extended series of only jabs).
Note: This video is similar to Tae Bo Celebrity Fit Cardio.They both include similar aerobics and toning moves, but this Sculpting program focuses on the muscle toning elements. (e.g. an upper cut is controlled in Sculpt while it' fast-paced in Cardio). ©2006.
