Certified instructor description: You get five targeted workout segments plus an inflatable Pilates ball. The ball adds resistance while assuring correct form and improving effectiveness (e.g. squeezing the ball between your legs engages the abdominal muscles at a deeper layer). Each 10-minute segment uses specific exercises to focus on a specific goal (e.g. buns-and-thighs toning or total-body flexibility). The DVD is totally customizeable; it can be programmed to play any segment in any order. Andrea Leigh Rogers’ one-on-one cuing is friendly and very detailed (with lots of optional modifications). ©2009. DVD has:

10 Min. Solution: Quick Sculpt Pilates with Ball |
    Great workouts |
| The workouts are great, just a bit too fast for me. My main complaint is that the ball comes with straws to blow it up. Since I could not do so with my illness, luckily I had a pump to use to blow the ball up. I think this should be mentioned in the description. However, while it might take me some time to master them the workout segments are very very good and you feel them when you are done. - posted by Sue on 5/18/2012 |

Take the mat workout a step up! |
| I have done the DVD in its entirety & truly feel that it works my
muscles. I have added it as part of my Pilates program, which I incorporate the Theraband and circle. - posted by ZF on 5/6/2012 |

    SHAPE UP AMERICA! |
| Wow! I just did this 10 min Solution: Quick Sculpt Pilates with Ball with Andrea Leigh Rogers. This was mostly done on the mat on the floor and mind you, I was sweating today just as much as I did yesterday when I did a 3 mile walk with a 2 lb ball in each hand for about 50 min. I can't tell you about the results yet, but if they are anywhere near the intensity of the work, I am going to be pretty happy!!!!! I have the feeling that it's going to be great because the exercises are focused and really target the specific muscle being worked. Andrea is professional, gives great directions and demonstrates the exercises with great form. She talks all the time, but it is all the necessary instructions. She knows her stuff, has a warm demeanor and friendly voice. You won't regret buying this one. It is great for people who can't do much on their knees as it really works almost every part of your body. The final segment is standing up and it is really good, testing your balance skills. This one is a “10” on my book. I usually do a lot of research before buying a DVD, giving special attention to the User’s Reviews. That is how I got this one. Thank you to those of you who took the time to write a review. I am leaving my contribution here as well. Thanks Andrea! Keep up the good work!!! - posted by Summer-NY on 2/2/2012 |

    BRILLIANT! |
| What a fantastic video! Don't take the tiny ball lightly, the workouts are tougher than you think even if you an advanced mat pilates devotee!
I love the 10 minute series dvds. This one does not disappoint either! Each workout is tough to the point it's almost cardio. I was sweating at the end. I currently have a few other ball workouts, but this one I like the best so far. I love the one on one cuing, NOT a voice over.
The only beef I have is that the ball is not the same as the instructor and inflates pretty large to get it to not be too squishy.
If you do not have a pilates ball, any children's soft outside ball works great too in a pinch! - posted by ellen on 1/12/2012 |

    Harder than you think... |
| I consider myself advanced. I have been doing Cathi and Jari for toning on a regular basis for years and I purchased this DVD because I needed to do non-weight bearing exercise for a month after having surgery. I did segments of this DVD prior to surgery and I have to say, I was surprisingly challenged. I believe the ball really adds a lot to this workout. I highly recommend this DVD. I am also looking to shorten my workouts from 60-70 minutes to 35-40 and I will use this DVD to accomplish that. It would be a great take along for travel as well. - posted by Heather on 9/15/2011 |

    Superior Inner Thigh Workout |
| I asked a Collage Video rep for a good inner thigh workout and she recommended this workout. She did not steer me wrong. I'm at least an intermediate exerciser and my inner thighs are thoroughly worked with the 10 minute leg section of this workout. The 10 minute balance section is also exceptionally good. In addition, this instructor's form is perfect. She is obviously a pro. - posted by Michele on 5/12/2011 |

    Won't be Sorry |
| You will not be sorry in purchasing this video. It works about everything. You will never get bored with it. You get a lot done within the 10 minuted time period. - posted by Katie on 4/25/2011 |

    Good Workout! |
| I've been doing pilates for several years so I like to think I'm at least an intermediate level. I was pleasantly surprised to find this DVD was kinda challenging! The ball is a nice way to change it up and Andrea flows quickly from one move to the next, so you are constantly working! I think it gives a good workout! - posted by Kami on 4/21/2011 |

    Um, WOW! |
| I do Pilates regularly at home and at the gym. I was surprised by how challenging 'standard' exercises became with the ball. The way that the exercises are put together is great. Even with some modifications, I felt my abs fatigue pretty quickly. I also like 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates, which feels easier on the abs and incorporates more stretching and upper body work, but THIS DVD is my new go-to for a core challenge. - posted by Rachel on 2/17/2011 |
