    good work out |
| This is a pretty good workout if you do all of them together. I do like the fact I can do 2 or more if I am short on time and that I am able to customize it. - posted by cheryl on 6/30/2011 |

    Loved most of it |
| I actually now enjoy this workout, A great motivating instructor who is very focused on form and technique. The 4th segment "fat burning blast" is very difficult though, and I still haven't made it through the whole segment yet, But I'll get there:) The basic training and arm sculpt are my favourites. - posted by Shelbi on 6/16/2011 |

Simple yet tough and engaging |
| I had mixed results with the last 10 Minute Solution DVD I tried but this one is a winner. First, it's led by Keli Roberts whom I've been a fan of since her 90's step videos. She's an excellent instructor. The first segment includes a brisk warmup and kickboxing tutorial that is suitable for a beginner without boring someone who has kickboxed before (and better yet, she keeps you moving while she's teaching the moves and explaining form.) This is followed by weighted lower and upper body segments-I use two sets of weights because I prefer to punch with lighter weights so I can maintain form. This is followed by a fairly tough fat burning section and an abs segment with some plank variations, crunches and pilates moves. I sweat but it's not impossibly hard either. The change-up every ten minutes also tricks me into thinking time is flying by. Like all 10 Minute Solution DVD's, it's easy to customize. I like this one. - posted by Vanessa on 6/5/2011 |

    a good purchase |
| As a full-time professional and mother of 2 (3 if you count my husband), I enjoy the 10 minutes solution videos. I can do as many as I want or can. That being said, I don't feel like these segments are enough on their own. I like them in a series of 3 or more, as add-ons to another workout, and I especially like it for the full 50 minutes. I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser and find this workout enough without being so much I get that dread factor. Overall, a good addition to large workout library. - posted by Amy on 2/1/2011 |

    great kickbox-based exercises |
| Short kickbox-based toning and cardio exercises with a motivating instructor who cues clearly and precisely. The video production is high quality, and easy on the eyes and ears. I dabble in all kinds of exercising from mini-trampoline to circuit training to pilates, and I thoroughly enjoy working out with this dvd. - posted by Becky on 1/19/2011 |

    Keli is always good |
| I've been a Keli fan since her early days with the Cher workouts, for those of you who remember those! This is a good, basic workout. I did not think it was tough, but there are some challenging moves and I DID sweat a lot! Good way to learn some basic moves and get a decent workout. - posted by Jody on 4/15/2010 |

    Get this one! |
| I got this video based on the reviews I got here. I'm keeping it!! This workout has everything you need. Sure, the cuing is a little off, but, if you do the DVD more than a few times (an I certainly will), you'll get it just fine. The arm sculpting leaves a little to be desired, but it is great cross training for the arms, anyway... This is just the kind of intermediate workout you're looking for! - posted by Gretta on 12/28/2009 |

    Solid Workout |
| Keli is a good instructor. Not hyper, just motivating, intense and technically authentic. As a Mom of 3, I love the concept of the 10 minute workout. The Fat Burning Blast is a well rounded section. This video provides a nice variety of moves including Burpees, and nicely cued kick/punch combos. I also like that she uses weights is the arms section. I practice martial arts so this has gotten a little basic, but it is a great beginner/intermediate video. - posted by T.G. on 3/18/2009 |
