Time graph for 10 Minute Solution Latin Dance Mix
Five 10-minute segments, each one features a different Latin dance that targets a different body area. Nothing intimidating — these exercises are easy to follow and fun to do (lots of rhythmic hip rolls and sexy chest pops). Every section includes something extra (e.g. traveling Cha Chas, waist-slimming Tango twists or hip-hop/disco-infused Merengues). Stella Sandoval’s one-on-one cuing is fluid and reassuring; her high-energy instruction encourages you to add your own style and attitude. DVD lets you play any segment in any order. ©2007. 10 Minute Solution Latin Dance Mix

Glad I bought this one too!
I purchased both of Stella's videos and was not let down by either of them! 10 minute solutions is perfect for when I don't have a lot of time to squeeze in my workout. It's fun and easy to follow and I love Stella's style. Can't wait to see more videos from her!!! - posted by Jennifer on 7/21/2008
Good Workout
I think this is a pretty good workout because it gets my heart rate up but it's hard for me to follow so I'm not sure how much I will use it. - posted by Lisa on 7/5/2008
Good Workout
I do like this workout more than expected and wearing a heart-rate monitor as I always do, I burned more calories than expected. More than some other latin/salsa workouts--Nice! I think Stella's cuing on this is better than on her Dance Off Inches DVD, and the variety of moves in great, more variety than I expected. Yet, it's not too complex to learn right away. It is a nice 50 minutes, a little longer than many Dance DVDs and this will be added to my regular rotation. Two caveats only--be sure you like Latin-type movement (lots of hips, cha-chas, mambos, etc.) because this is 100% Latin and there is only the instructor, no students. Very boring!
I would not recommend this video unless you are an absolute beginner and horribly out of shape. The moves are very boring and repetitive. I recommend her other video - dance off the inches. - posted by Laura on 3/27/2008
Not a favorite!
I buy almost every dance DVD. This one was boring... too many of the same moves. I was yawning after 10 minutes. - posted by Linda on 2/29/2008
Very fun workout!
Just got this video today, and I love it! I am intermediate/advanced exerciser, but definitely found myself sweating through these routines! I know that if I do this a few times a week, I will end up with very toned legs and hips. The dancing is fun and really does not seem like exercise, except for the sweat factor! This kept my heart rate up, where some other dance videos have not. Definitely recommended! - posted by Kelly on 2/19/2008
I am insane about this workout!
I just bought this and it is my favorite of all my dance workouts. I feel I am getting a great workout, the time flies and Stella is so authentic and charming. I love Latin music and this is what I've been looking for for a long time. - posted by Robin on 1/26/2008
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
