Certified instructor description: Three Tai Chi and two Qi Gong workouts beautifully filmed on a Hawaiian beach and a Rocky Mountain hilltop. Each workout reduces stress and boosts relaxation with a different set of movement and breathing exercises. The Tai Chi programs are led by David Dorian Ross and CJ McPhee. They include a get-started morning series, a tension-releasing afternoon session and a faster-paced “energy practice.” The Qi Gong workouts are led by Daisy and Francesco Garripoli. The first focuses on just ten classic Qi Gong poses. The second is designed to strengthen and rejuvenate your entire body. ©2010. Re-edited from videos originally released in 1998 & 2005.

5 Day Fit: Chi |
    Great! |
| If you like Tai Chi or want to try Tai Chi, this is the video for you! I really enjoy each workout. In fact, I bought a second one for a friend of mine, and she is very pleased with it. - posted by Janae on 3/29/2012 |

    Love this |
| I love each workout. Great for balance. Anyone can do this workout. Instructors are easy to follow. I have tried other T'ai Chi workouts videos and this one is the best I have found. - posted by Susie on 1/20/2012 |

    great |
| I orderd two DVD's but so far I like this one best. I am fairly new to Tai Chi and I did go to classes before I bought the DVD. I love Tai Chi and my instructor is a David Dorian Ross fan so he seemed very familiar to me with his moves. I have lots to learn yet and when I can't face the screen I don't do well but I hope to improve. My goal is to relax with the moves even if I'm not perfect. I'll keep at it! - posted by Nadine on 1/5/2012 |

    5 day fit Chi |
| I didn't care for this dvd. It is a little too slow for me. I didn't know what to expect as I have never tried Tai Chi, so you really can't go by my review. It appears to be well done, but it is just too slow for me. It seems to be perfect for a beginner. - posted by Beverly on 11/7/2011 |

Great combination of 5 different sessions |
| Just note, this is compiled from other dvds. I enjoy this, though, and for the price, this is a great way to get five different tai chi / qi gong workouts. You also get multiple teachers, and they are all excellent instructors. I am an acupuncturist and I have learned qi gong while in school, but I love having sessions led by someone else. All five have a different 'feel'--there's an AM Tai Chi and PM Tai Chi, a Qi Gong for Cleansing, Qi Gong for Stress Relief, and Energy Qi workout. I like them all. - posted by Carrie on 7/24/2011 |

    Thoroughly enjoying this DVD |
| After an extended period of sedentary lifestyle between work demands, as well as health challenges and surgeries, this Tai Chi video has been very helpful for reintroducing exercise into my daily routine. I love Tai Chi because it's slow and controlled and at the same time, helps regain your strength and balance. - posted by Heidi on 7/16/2011 |

    Very Soothing |
| I had tried one other Tai Chi video and found it too long and complicated to follow. This one is quite simple for even a novice and very effective in strengthening coordination and flexibility. I also appreciate the Qi Gong segments that teach helpful breathing techniques for stress relief. The music, setting, and instructors' voices all contribute to the gentle, flowing tone of the workouts. No regrets about buying this one! - posted by Nora on 1/7/2011 |
