Time graph for Core Secrets Agility Ladder Total Body (with ladder)

Two comprehensive, total-body workouts that use Gunnar’s new “Agility Ladder” (included free with this workout set). The Ladder adds a new dimension to Gunnar’s familiar routines. Shaped like a regular ladder, it’s a nylon-strap device that lies flat on the floor. Gunnar uses it to improve coordination and visually cue you to effectively move your feet or hands (e.g. quickly stepping between the “rungs” or positioning your hands as you do traveling push-ups). Besides the Ladder-based exercises, you also get Gunnar’s friendly, no-nonsense instruction plus a varied medley of other classic body-sculpting moves. The first workout, “Arms, Legs and Everything in Between,” features three fast-paced circuits designed to build strength and balance. The second program, “Hard Body Challenge” is actually slightly easier; it’s more core-focused with a playful feel (it ends with ab floorwork). Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. A jump rope is used for two minutes; a medicine ball is used for eight minutes (but a dumbbell can often be substituted). ©2005. DVD has: Region 1.

Love these
I am a big fan of Gunnar's workouts and would recommend them to everyone. I especially like these two workouts. They go by in no time and I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength and in my muscle tone. - posted by Kristin on 8/2/2006
Nice workout
I love doing these workouts. I wouldn't call them the hardest workouts but they certainly are alot of fun. Gunnar's great to workout with, nice change of pace. - posted by Marie on 6/14/2006

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
