Crunch: Candlelight Yoga |
    Pretty good |
| This DVD was pretty good, it was as described, "soothing". It's a slower-paced, eyes-closed type of relaxing workout. But isn't that what you would expect from a DVD called "candlelight" yoga aimed at releasing stress? While I have to admit that I like PM yogas better for relaxtion, this one wasn't bad. I think what would have made it better was have a darker background. the one they choose is beautiful and the music is nice. However, having low lighting would have just brought that all together better for me. I also enjoy yoga that has more back and hip stretchers/poses; those are mt high tension areas. Not bad, will do it again, description is accurate, and instructor is pleasant. - posted by Julia on 2/1/2010 |

    Too slow and cold |
| Really slow moving. It's great for those who want a long dragged out relaxing workout. The music is relaxing and the environment is soothing as well. It's just that ever since I learned that stretching is a lot more effective when combined with strengthening the opposite muscle and by building some heat within the body, these weak, slow and cold yoga programs are just not satisfactory for me anymore. - posted by Cher on 1/28/2010 |

One Of The Better Yoga Practices |
| I love Crunch videos and have been practicing yoga for almost a year. Sara Ivanhoe leads one of the most serene practices I've ever tried. Many of the postures are beginner/intermediate with modifications for the inflexible by a background instructor named Natasha. The music is slightly new age but doesn't interfere with the practice. Sara Ivanhoe is very encouraging and knowledgeable about yoga. She talks a little too much for my liking, but the DVD includes a "Music Only" section or I can easily tune her out due to the relaxing workout. There is also a bonus 15-minute-long Energizer section that wakes you up and gets you ready to face the challenges of the day. I definitely recommend this video for anyone who would like to try yoga for the first time and anytime to unwind. :) - posted by Lindsey on 11/2/2009 |

    Good DVD |
| I have done this DVD twice this week and really like it. I've been doing Ellen Barrett DVD's and this is a nice break to mix in as it's easier on the joints and just very relaxing. - posted by Chris on 3/5/2009 |

    Incredibly relaxing |
| Let me preface... I do not do a lot of yoga. I do a lot of cardio and strength training. But I was looking for something to wind me down. I really love this DVD. I put on just the white 'christmas' lights in my living room when I do this and I really sink in. I find it incredibly relaxing before bed no matter what time it is. I've done it after a glass of wine! The restorative poses at the end are so enjoyable. The one thing I wish was different: I wish it was a just little bit shorter. 43 minutes seems like a bit too much before bed. But that might just be me. :) - posted by Erin on 11/22/2008 |

    Love This Video |
| I bought this DVD when I was looking for a relaxing yoga routine to do post-pregnancy. I had never bought a Crunch tape before... and was pleasantly surprised. The instructor, Sara, was excellent... and the whole mood/feel of the video is wonderful. It is a wonderful way to end my day. - posted by Karla on 9/7/2007 |

    Excellent |
| The day after I used this video for the first time my singing teacher commented on how my posture had improved and that I seemed so relaxed. I told him I had done this video the night before and I felt it had really made a difference in how I was feeling. - posted by Carol S. on 7/30/2007 |

relaxing yes, but also boring |
| The first time I did this video I found it very relaxing. However, the next time it felt boring--there is a little too much talk (slow and quiet) that serves as filler. Some of the stretches required warmed-up muscles(at least for me--I'm not flexible), and this video does nothing to get you warmed up. I give it a mixed review and will be returning it. - posted by Amber on 7/10/2007 |

| Favorite Yoga DVD |
| I'm not really into yoga. I'm stiff as a board and wanted something that was relaxing, would increase my flexibility, not be to spiritual but still be true yoga. Sara has a very calm unintimidating way about her. Very relaxing after a hard day. Highly recommend for people like me. If you're super flexible and advanced at yoga this would probably not interest you - posted by jf on 1/6/2007 |

| I feel at peace... |
| I love Candlelight Yoga. If I could (time constraints not a factor) I would pop this into the DVD player on a daily basis. During the fall & winter I tend to have a bout with the lungs and Candlelight enables me to focus on my breathing patterns. This is especially helpful in the evening when I have a difficult time sleeping. I highly recommend this workout. It's an A IMB. Red Wiz - posted by redwizard on 11/5/2006 |
