| This is broken up into 3 different ab workouts. Cardio Abs, Athletic Abs and Traditional Abs and I truly can't say which one I like best because I like them all. I love that ab workouts are more then being on the floor sitting up and laying down. I like that I have options now and Denise brings forth 3 wonderfully effective options on this DVD, all are 15 minutes in length each so you can do one or all 3 and I just think adding weights to anything is a good idea which of course Denise does.     great workout |
| Having hurt myself with kettlebells, I got chiropractor care. But I decided to try some abs workouts, to strengthen my core, lower back. Denise's looked good, so I got 3, including this one. I like it, and it does just what it says...she is 'bubbly', but she cues very well, is 'perky' (I dont mind, once I got used to it), and is easy to follow. | I have been wanting a new abs video for some time and this one definitely fills that need. I have not tried the cardio segment yet but seriously enjoy the other two.....partly because I can actually do some of the crazy exercises but also because I haven't quite got some others figured out quite yet.
